Welcoming Whatever May Come

Wednesday, March 25, @ 4 p.m.
A Virtual Illuman Meeting

https://zoom.us/j/726935627

Using the well-known poem, The Guest House, by the Sufi poet Rumi, we will gather virtually to explore where we are individually and communally. How do we welcome our current circumstances? Using the language of the poem, is Covid-19 a guide from beyond? We will also watch a video called A Letter From The Virus, which is a powerful statement about our ability to listen.

For this meeting, we will use the Zoom video conferencing platform. This meeting is being hosted by the Cincinnati-Dayton council group within the Ohio Chapter of Illuman, but we invite any other men to join us for this 90-minute session. Tom Sparough will be our facilitator. We will have some virtual small group sharing.

To join the meeting, simply click on the link:

You will need to download the Zoom application onto your computer, although you can also do it on your phone. When prompted to join the session, ideally you will choose to join with computer audio and video. If this is your first time using Zoom, try to join us at about 3:50 p.m to give yourself a chance to download the application and get into the session before it starts.

For questions, contact Tom at tom@creative-retreat.net, or call (513) 602-0948.
